Johnny Gardner

Grand Strand area native Johnny Gardner has been practicing law in Horry County since 1992. He began his law career with the Horry County Solicitors office. He was an Assistant Solicitor, Senior Solicitor, and Special Prosecutor before establishing his own law practice in 1995. Prior to attending the University of South Carolina Law School Johnny was an officer in the United States Army serving in the 82nd Airborne. He is also a graduate of Socastee High School and Coastal Carolina University.

Paula Peterson Gardner

Johnny is married to Paula Peterson Gardner RN, CCM. She is the daughter of Air Force parents who settled in Georgia after their retirement. She relocated to the Grand Strand Area in 1999 to work for Conway Hospital before becoming a contractor with the department of defense as a workers compensation case manager. As a registered nurse with over 14 years of experience and a certification in case management she uses her extensive experience as a health care provider to conduct medical research, review medical records, identify standards of care, and to locate expert witnesses for the Gardner Law Firm.
